The story of PC Support (as we know it today)

 

It all started when Alain met Gwen.

The 16th December 1997 was a freezing cold day. The roads were covered in a thick sheet of ice and a blanket of snow wrapped the earth up for the night ahead. A very sleepy newborn baby had just been delivered into the arms of her adoring father (who was equal parts in awe at the little alien resting in his arms, and suddenly realising the full extent of being a father: Dad jokes galore).

He pushed up his glasses, cleared his throat and tested out his first ever Dad joke. And baby smiled. That’s when he knew this was the start of something magical.

Fast forward 26 years:

The jokes are still persistent and the bond is somehow stronger, only now, Gwen has learned to form full sentences with a coherent line of thought (most times), and Alain is enjoying having a partner in crime when it comes to his darkest jokes.

Gwen wanted to start something new but wasn’t sure what or how. She loves writing and design, meeting people and getting to know their stories and Alain saw a dream team opportunity too good to pass up. With his IT skills and her writing skills they took Alain’s IT company and completely rebranded, reshaped and reenergised it to make it what it is today: a web-designing, content-creating and fun-having business!

An energetic father-daughter duo, we thrive on humour (no humour is too dark), spontaneous conversations on just about anything and great music.
